Privacy policy
This policy describes which personal data are processed when you visit this website and when you send an enquiry through the contact form. It is based on the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

2. Which data are processed
Contact form. We collect your name and email address and, if you provide them, your business, phone number, the package you chose and your message. Only name and email address are required; without them I cannot answer your enquiry.
Server logs. When the website is called up, technically necessary connection data arise: IP address, time, page called up, browser type. They serve secure operation and are not linked to you as a person.
WhatsApp, only on click. The website contains a link to WhatsApp. Nothing is transmitted to WhatsApp when you visit the page. Only when you tap the link does WhatsApp open (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin). I then see your message and your phone number and use them only to reply to you. The provider's terms apply to data processing in WhatsApp. If you do not want that, write through the form or by email.
3. Purpose of data processing
I use your form details exclusively to answer your enquiry and, if an order results from it, to carry it out. There is no newsletter, no resale of data and no disclosure for advertising purposes.
4. Processors
For operation and delivery I use two service providers who process data exclusively on my behalf:
- Vercel: hosting of the website and execution of the form.
- Resend: sending of the notification to me and the confirmation to you (processing region EU/Ireland).
Processing abroad is therefore possible. It takes place on the basis of recognised contractual safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
I delete enquiries that do not lead to an order at the latest twelve months after the last contact. For an order, the statutory retention periods for business records apply. You can request deletion earlier at any time; an informal email is enough.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
Without your consent, this website sets no cookies. The fonts used are loaded from my own server, so no request goes to Google.
Google Ads: only with your consent. I run ads on Google. To see which ad led to an enquiry, a counting pixel from Google may be included, which sets a cookie. It is only loaded after you have agreed. If you decline or do not decide at all, nothing is loaded and nothing is set. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may be transferred to the USA in the process. I store your choice only locally in your browser. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting the website data in your browser.
Anonymous access statistics. To see how often the pages are viewed, I use the statistics feature of the hosting provider. Only aggregated information is recorded, such as the page viewed, referring page, device type and country. No cookies are set, no profiles are built and no data is passed on to advertising networks. It is therefore not possible to identify you as a person.
7. Your rights
Under the revFADP you have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to their correction, deletion or release. You can also object to the processing. Please contact info@seitenhandwerk.ch for this. If you believe I am in the wrong, you can turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Data security
The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS). I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.
9. Changes
I adapt this policy when the website or the services used change. The version published here at the time applies.
